We want you to love your Rewritten London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn garments with original tags attached. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
